Indonesian ChildrenThe Living in Indonesia information website aims to provide accurate, unbiased and comprehensive information for foreign residents and expatriates.

LivingInIndonesia.info is a collective effort involving many people, mainly foreign nationals, who have long experience of living and working in this complex and interesting nation. 

This website is non-profit, and all sponsorship funds are put back into maintaining the site.

Articles must be original, comprehensive and properly researched. Information must be  balanced and accurate. Try to make your writing style lively and engaging.

Cite your sources.

Use U.S. spelling.  Avoid, however, American-specific idioms.

Check your own spelling and grammar before submission.

Specify whether you want a byline. (Links can be made from the byline to your own LivingInIndonesia profile.)

Use MS-Word, RTF or Ooo file format. For photos, PNG format is preferred, but JPG is quite acceptable.

LivingInIndonesia.info is located on a dedicated Linux (Red Hat) server in Singapore, using Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS), PHP 5.1.6 and MySQL 5.0.58.

LivingInIndonesia.info content management system software was hand-coded using PHP/MySQL.
